Our team is led by a student leadership team and a group of mentors.

What We Do

The Flying Legion builds robots to compete in the FIRST Robotics Competition, but we’re just as focused on what happens off the field. We work hard to make sure every teammate leaves this team more skilled, confident, and ready for the future. Whether it’s learning how to code, use power tools, lead a group, or speak in front of a crowd, this team helps us grow in ways that go way beyond robotics. We’re super competitive and put a lot of effort into building a great robot, but we also care about helping each other improve and succeed. On top of that, we love giving back to our community—especially by sharing STEM with younger students through outreach and events. It’s all about using what we learn to make a difference.
